Light at the end of the tunnel... or is it ....?
I wake up and do my routine meditation and grounding to see or better say hear if any more voices are in my head. You never know what you can discover when laying in the bed listening to the voices in your head quiet down. Sometimes there is quite chat and nearly heated discussion as if they were Latinos. Well living in Caribbean so they try to adapt, shush now I’m talking wait your turn. Thank God I have only two hands as if every voice wanted to type holy molly I would be like Shiva with multiple hands.
Then it is breakfast and thankfully only one stomach to feed and not many ideas as it seems, that all the voices are lazy. When it comes to decision on food, all quiet down up there in control center. Almost like if the nirvana was reached or maybe they have no energy talking since they were active in the early time of the morning.
Food done and now the physical aspect of solitude quarantine island life is next. Swimming above the corals is nice start of the day. Seen so many fishes and some surviving corals as many are victims of bleaching. It is sad to see so many of the corals literally disappearing before my own eyes as I’m swimming on same spot for a month. I wish people could see that and understand that if corals are gone, fishes are gone and so on. We will not survive too long here on this planet without ocean functioning properly. Same as without rain forests over the planet, not only Amazon one. What a blessing to be able to see the Corals over the world and now I do understand more how precious this underwater world is.
Thank God for swimming and snorkeling as this was it helps to keep sanity or one of the voices think that. We are living in the yellow submarine, yellow submarine, shut up you, no you shut up, all of you shut the feck up as I want to type something that make sense. Otherwise we will end up in the upholstered room with regular shower but horizontal and fecking cold. At least we get a new jacket. Straight jacket only ya eejit.
Start again, day is beautiful, ocean nice and warm with occasional cold upswell that will cool me as I’m swimming and then back to home. Hammock is waiting as well as some nice food in the fridge. Cooking for one is boring stuff but the temple is requiring some energy to keep going. Some rides on bike around island and spend some time on coconut beach to meditate. They say mindfulness is good and now there is plenty of time to practice it.
So back to practice now. Hey I have something to say too, me to, me too, ah crap they are here again, SO much for sanity ad mindfulness or this is the mindfulness as my mind is full of voices. Well maybe just another new word describing the same old psycho people 😊
