Cu..stomer service Air France / Air Mauritius No2.....
I was complaining about customer service of Air France and Air Mauritius incompetency as they just shifted the responsibility between them and none of them took a decision or stand on the issue / topic of my complaint. Both send me thankful emails when i logged the complaint and Air France also sent me satisfaction survey after i raised complaint where i marked them with 0 “zero” on scale to 10 and as well mentioned in comment that i will never fly with them again as well as will inform all my friends about their cu..stomer service so they can avoid such messy or better said non existent support. Upon which they sent me another satisfaction survey as if they did not believed the first one.
Last email i have received, i would consider hilarious, as you can see below, either I do not understand the topic or they did not understand it…. see for yourself :
Dear Mr Emil,
We thank you for your email.
Upon verification of your ticket, though you were travelling on our aircrafts ,you were booked under Air France quote and hold their ticket.
The upgrade amount should be advised by Air France.

Well another not near miss but huge miss from Air Mauritius as far as I’m concern. Well this is new world when you cannot talk with anyone as everything is done by email and no one take responsibility for anything.
Well done to Air France and Air Mauritius for loosing one small non significant customer who’s small contribution to revenue could be channeled to those fancy advertisements they are used to convince people travel by Air France.
In my opinion the advertisement is used when the people / customers are not purchasing the service / product because the most reliable advertisement “word of mouth” is not praising company and therefore there is need to spend lots of money to improve this image but this is short sighted, from my point of view.
So here it is, i vented my frustration and got nowhere as the game of word “email” tennis played by Air France / Air Mauritius with me as the ball is still going on as Wimbledon final between Novak and Roger but with one small difference that in this case their goal is to keep eternal Deuce score instead one of them winning and just change the players “customer service personnel” on courts.
